TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Patriot Contractors’ website and services. By accessing our site or hiring our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Scope of Services
Patriot Contractors specializes in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, masonry, concrete work, and related construction services. We strive for the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. However, results may vary based on factors such as site conditions, environmental changes, and pre-existing structural integrity.
- Estimates, Pricing & Payments
All project estimates are based on the current conditions of the site and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as hidden structural damage or material cost fluctuations.
Payments are expected upon project completion unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or legal action. Deposits may be required before starting certain jobs, and failure to provide payment as agreed may result in project delays or cancellation.
- Warranties & Limitations of Liability
Patriot Contractors provides warranties on select services. Warranty terms depend on the type of service provided and will be outlined in the service agreement.
While we take every precaution to ensure quality workmanship, we are not liable for damages caused by:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.
- Pre-existing or hidden structural issues that were not visible at the time of inspection.
- Third-party interference or modifications made after our work is completed.
In no event shall Patriot Contractors be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services provided.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel a scheduled service, but cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled job may incur cancellation fees. Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances, such as project non-completion due to contractor issues. Deposits on custom orders or specialized services may be non-refundable.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the worksite and disclosing any known issues, such as underground utilities or prior structural problems. We are not liable for damages resulting from obstacles, unknown hazards, or site inaccessibility.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or country in which Patriot Contractors operates. Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved amicably through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in small claims court or through arbitration.
